Disgusting! Republicans, don't forget this ruling.  Caught between Measures 37 and 49, the outcome of Mr. Fischer's case was not written in stone. The Commission had the latitude to grant Fischer his due but chose not to. Please note that Commissioner Annabelle Jaramillo (also chair of the Benton County Democrats) plans to run for a fourth term! --bc
