HERITAGE FOUNDATION/FOUNDRY/MORNING BELL, 10/4/2010 - Last week President Barack Obama’s most recently minted czar, Special Advisor to the President for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Elizabeth Warren, spoke to 400 bankers at the swanky Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, DC. Her message, according to The Washington Post: “Behave, play nice, and we’ll get along just fine.” Specifically, Warren promised to take a more “principles-based approach” to regulation, rather than clearly articulating “thou shalt not” rules that banks could rely on. For this Progressive White House, an enlightened expert, like Warren, given broad new powers by an unaccountably vague statute is exactly what the federal government needs to enforce order on our complex modern world. For our Founding Fathers, however, everything about Warren, from the way she attained her new powers to the way she plans to use them, is antithetical to our nation’s First Principles and the United States Constitution. 9/5/2009 - REUTERS and BREITBART report that Van Jones, Pres. Obama's 'green jobs' czar, resigned late Saturday evening. But in an Accuracy in Media (AIM) article, Van Jones Scandal Threatens Obama Presidency, published before Jones' resignation, Cliff Kinkaid wrote, "Curiously, it's not Jones' communist background which has proven to be the most controversial. Rather, it's his two apologies in a week for statements calling Republicans 'assholes' and having signed a 9/11 truth statement blaming the terrorist attacks on U.S. officials. ∴ It's the communism, stupid." AIM: Van Jones Mystery Solved?

ACCURACY IN MEDIA, 9/4/2009 by Cliff Kinkaid - The Obama Administration refuses to say how communist Van Jones was hired as the "Green Jobs Czar" and who recommended him. The administration refuses to say who knew what about his communist background. The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), where Jones is employed, told me, in response to a series of Freedom of Information Act requests, that it had no documents about his hiring or communist background. From Glenn Beck, 8/3/2009: When dealers logged in to apply for the cash part of the "cash for clunkers" program, the site cars.gov/dealership prompted them with the warning:

"This application provides access to the DOT CARS system. When logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a federal computer system and is property of the United States government... users have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy."

"Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected and disclosed to authorized CARS, DOT and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign."

"By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion CARS or the DOT personnel."

1977 book reveals something about Obama's Science Czar
