Progress Report from a U.S. Marine in Hit, Iraq

Lt. Col. JJ Dill, USMC, Commanding Officer of Task Force 1/7 stationed in Hit, Iraq reports on the progress that has been made in his area of operations recently, credits nearly 5 years of hard work by his fellow Marines, Sailors and soldiers and takes issue with media for attributing this progress to "luck".
