Romney Speaks Out on his Faith

From BCRW Dec. posts
(Watch Romney's speech here)
Glenn Beck Program, December 6, 2007 - Glenn Beck says,

"The day the mainstream media was waiting for finally came as Mitt Romney gave his much anticipated speech on Faith in America. It was a tremendous speech, and one that he felt he had to give because he is constantly asked about his faith while on the campaign trail. They are not innocent questions either, they are ones with an agenda, such as 'Do you believe in Jesus Christ?'. Who else gets that question? No one. What that question really means is 'Mormons aren't Christians, right?'. Here was his answer to that question: "I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and the savior of mankind'. Romney also addressed Mormons 'different' doctrines that the media seems so afraid of. 'Each religion has its own unique doctrines and history . . . Religious tolerance would be a shallow principle indeed if it were reserved only for faiths with which we agree.

Seems as though the mainstream media is all for tolerance -- except when it's a conservative in question, then we need to point out how evil their differences are."
