TAS: Justice Loses Its Stars and Stripes

(Hat tip: Carolyn Webb) There is an email circulating that perhaps originated from a mid July article by The Prowler, a contributing writer at The American Spectator. The Prowler posted the following:
What's black and white and "red" all over? The Department of Justice's newly designed website. Gone are the standard red, white, and blue motifs, replaced by an all-black backdrop. And prominently placed on virtually every page of the site is a quote credited to a man who facilitated a greater role for socialists and communists at the U.N., and the global "workers rights movement."

Get Ready for International Global Warming Lawsuits

THE BLAZE, 10/4/2010 - As government officials gather this week in Tianjin, China for negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), one group from the United Kingdom is urging developing countries to seek legal action against the world’s developed nations for their supposed role in global warming. ∴ “A large part of the relevant legal literature suggests that the main polluting nations can be held responsible under international law for the harmful effects of their greenhouse-gas emissions,” says attorney Christoph Schwarte of the Foundation for International Environmental Law and Development (FIELD), a UK-based environmental law group.
